We are really happy that you like our products! To bring it back home, first you have to register an account in Delfino website (No guest checkout available)!

Simply click “Add to basket” for the item you wish to purchase. Well, if you wish to browse for more products, you can proceed to check around, and if you have added in everything, just click the shopping bag on top right, and click “Checkout“. Fill in the details accoordingly, and proceed to make payment.

Tadaaaaa, just wait for it to arrive.

Well, good if you ask us. At the moment we only use J&T express to deliver your item to your hands. 

Normally it takes 1 to 3 working days for courier service to send your item after we handed it over to them, and definitely it takes longer time to deliver for East Malaysia (4 to 7 working days). However, we do not guarantee the items can reach in time as it might also depends on the courier service itself.

You can bring your favourite items back home by using Debit/Credit Card and Online Banking method to make payment.

Yes, only if the order is still in a pending status.

Simply click on the WhatsApp icon to reach our customer service number and provide your order ID for verification purposes. Please note that orders that are in the process of shipping or have already been shipped cannot be canceled.

Our operation hour is from Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm. Saturday 9am-1pm.
