Step 1:

Before use, please soak your feet in warm water for about 10 minutes, dead skin will be soft, then dry your feet.

Step 2:

Choose the appropriate grinding head to fasten on the buckle.

Step 3:

According to your skin condition, press the button for 2-3s to start the machine, then short press the button to choose high or low gear mode. Use the side edge of the grinding head to make full contact with the dead skin. Pay attention to controlling the Force to grind the dead skin back and forth from sole to heel softly.

Step 4:
